Design And Realization Of Wisdom Community System Based On Android

With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,the requirements for living environment are getting higher and higher.At present,China is trying to develop smart city,and the construction of smart community is an important content of building smart city.This paper designs a new type of integrated service platform,intelligent community service platform,which can realize the information interactive function of o2o mode,fully reflect the characteristics of the outgoing transaction,and can provide targeted services for users,merchants,properties and other users.it can also open accounts for all kinds of users and allocate different operating rights.It can objectively realize the daily living needs of the owners,and provide more convenient conditions for the daily life of the community owners.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research,and then analyzes the related technologies involved,mainly including the MVC architecture,UML modeling and Android development technology.Through the specific function demand,establish the data model.This paper is based on b / s architecture,using MVC pattern development,database selection SQL server 2005,function design,the main modules include account system,information management,property management three major modules,combined with BP neural network to build a smart community service platform business evaluation model.Combined with UML modeling technology,the system realizes the system,and finally builds the test environment,and tests the function of the system.The test results show that the system can be used in community service,greatly improve the efficiency of community service.The system is integrated into the business management,property management and community business processing and other practical functions,the property company through the system can easily carry out the property management of each community,also can bring convenient online shopping experience for the community residents.In addition,due to the prior integration of resources,for real estate enterprises or property companies,the lower investment costs,the unified system operation also avoided the incompatibility between the systems.The comparison between the evaluation results and the expected value of the system shows that in the system,the neural network BP evaluation model can achieve better evaluation results,and meet the construction needs of the smart community.
