The Design And Implementation Of Wisdom Community Information Management System

The promulgation of China's property law and the rapid development of the economy have further raised the requirements of residential residents for property services and property management which especially for the community security,community parking and community maintenance.In this context,Community property must further simplify the service process and improve service efficiency,so as to comprehensively improve the level of community property management and enhance the experience of the owners.Under the background of informatization development,the use of computer technology to realize residential property management is the main trend in the future.Through the information operation of residential property management,the property management efficiency and property management level of the community can be improved,thereby improving the satisfaction of the owners.In the analysis and research,this paper discusses the development of residential property information system in an all-round way,and realizes the information operation of community management.Specifically,in the design and implementation of intelligent community property management information system,this paper adopts standard J2 EE platform and MVC architecture as the system development framework,and adopts Java language and SQL Server 2012 to comprehensively design the intelligent community property management information system.Combined with the needs of different users in the residential property,the system users are divided into two types: ordinary administrators and super administrators.The system functions are divided into basic information management,owner complaint and maintenance management,community security management,community parking management,and property charge management.Five functional modules,the above modules basically cover the various functions of residential property management.Through the test of the system,the system has the characteristics of simple operation,stable operation and strong scalability,which has played a positive role in improving the satisfaction of community residents in property management and reducing the cost of property management.
