With the development of the Internet technology, the online academic social platform is one of the most important products of Web 2.0.It has gradually won the favor of scholars with its openness, convenience, academic and interactive characteristics. The platform overcomes the complex process of publication of academic journals, records the results of academic research in a rich form, and promotes informal academic exchanges. As one of the typical representative forms of online academic social platforms, academic blogs' content is created by users. The exchange and dissemination of academic information can be achieved through recommendation, comment, sharing, etc. It can be said that users are both the creators of contents and the disseminator of contents. With the continuous increase of user groups, how to use the limited resources to carry out targeted and efficient management of users and user-generated content is becoming more and more difficult. The core users which represent the core competitiveness of the platform are the basis for the sustainable development of the platform and is worthy of attention. So far,the research on the cognition of academic blog users has been continuously enriched and deepened. The evaluation of user value and the description of user characteristics have always been the focus of scholars. However, the existing research does not further describe the characteristics of users with high value and high influence on the basis of user value assessment.Evaluating user value, impact, and describing users' characteristics are not two separate issues, but two aspects of a problem.By describing the features of high-value and high-impact users,we can better understand the core competitiveness of the platform. This paper puts forward the research ideas of blog comprehensive influence evaluation, core user identification, user portrait and interactive behavior characteristics. From various perspectives and two platforms,we carry out rich research on academic blog users.Firstly, this paper describes the statistical characteristics of user behavior data, which are the basics for further research.Secondly, the core users of academic blogs are defined as active users of the academic blog platform, and they have a high degree of influence on other users and gained wide recognition in a certain period of time.Based on the characteristics of user behavior data and the core user concept, this paper sets 13 indicators for evaluating user value, and proposes the concept of blog composite index to evaluate user value and construct user recognition model. The comprehensive weighting method combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight coefficient, and the reliability of the recognition results is verified from multiple angles. The results show that the core user identification model is applicable and the index weight is scientific. Then, based on the user portrait theory, this paper characterizes user features from five dimensions and outputs user features in the form of tags, which helps us better understand the core users of academic blogs and also the precise marketing of service platforms. Then, using social network analysis method, the user interaction behavior is studied under the academic credit belief, and the user behavior characteristics are further recognized. Finally, based on the results of the above research, combined with formal academic communication channels,a comparative study is conducted from three perspectives of influence, interaction behavior and interest preference, and the similarities and differences between the core users of academic blogs under the two communication channels are found.
