Academic Blog mainly includes, advantages of being network academic resource, knowledge transferring pattern and the form as well. Knowledge Sharing includes the theory basis, the analysis of current knowledge sharing patterns, and the features and advantages of network knowledge sharing pattern. This paper analyzes the impacts and the barriers of knowledge sharing from the perspective of network user behavior, provide the theory basis for Academic Blog based Knowledge Sharing Pattern Construction. The research of Academic Blog based knowledge sharing pattern studies the compositive elements, the subjective, the joint method, the protective mechanism, the coordination and the operation of Knowledge Sharing.the innovation of content:it studies the knowledge operational mechanism of academic blog, proposes and builds the academic blog based knowledge sharing model. In order to solve the problems of existing knowledge sharing mode, the model leverages the advantages of this emerging technology for the academic blog, which can effectively improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer, and brings innovation to achieve the purpose of knowledge sharing. The innovation of research perspective:it focuses on the use of the network user information behavior impact on knowledge sharing, analyzes the impacts and interactions of environmental factors, organizational factors, knowledge factors and network user factors.And it summarized the transmission mechanism and pattern of academic blog and on the basis of that it creates new ideas to utilize the advantage of this emerging technology, and effectively improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer, and achieve the purpose of the academic blog, i.e. knowledge sharing.
