The Internet emerged during the end of the last century and since then its development has last for more than 30 years in China. In recent years, with the development of the network technology, the coverage of Internet in China is more and more wide, and the number of Internet users increases dramatically. As the convenience of network applications, the Internet users often surf in the Internet to take part in varieties of network behaviors. The consumer of Internet culture such as blog has become fashionable and mainstream. "China's Internet status" White Paper published on June 8,2010 comprehensively expounded China's Internet conditions. Because the Internet users difference in age structure and gender and cultural levels, at the same time, because the freedom of speech on the Internet and it's anonymous when one states his or, her opinions, the Internet culture shows the coexistence of the elegance culture and vulgarity culture and has obvious characteristics of individual, display language's characteristic of times. This is the biggest difference in the network language and living language. In other words, relative to the living language, the network language deviates from the conventional, and has varied. Blog is an important carrier of Internet language, it naturally beard the result of the variation of the network language, we can see this from blog title.This paper will research the language feature and variation from the blog title, and comprehend the Internet language's basic feature and variation from it.Compared to the traditional title of the article in terms of language, Blog title has more punctuation marks, more questions, more letter words, more digital language, and headline shows it more posed by sentence groups……etc. These features of blog title are the performance of language variation. In addition to the impact of internal self-development of language, these variations of blog title language are largely dominated by the psychological of Internet users, including users'motivation, cognitive effects, and human needs theory and so on. Grasp the internet users' psychological will help us to grasp the mentality, and will benefit to the development of Blog business even to the Internet business, which is the important significance of this thesis.
