Design And Implementation Of An Enterprise File Management System

Since the reform and opening up,the management of modern enterprises has developed rapidly,and archives management has gradually become the most important part of enterprise management.Archives management is an important part of the management of modern enterprises.The survival and development of enterprises are closely related to the act of strengthening the protection of archives resources.For a long time,an enterprise has been using traditional file management methods,namely manually counting,retrieving,searching for file files,designing file catalogs,and preserving them on paper.However,this kind of traditional manual management will inevitably have artificial factors that will lead to various problems,such as inefficient and difficult to store,and the security of files can not be guaranteed.This article aims at this point,according to the requirements of the enterprise to realize an automatic file management system for the enterprise,complete the automated office of the enterprise,its various types of archives and materials for comprehensive and detailed archiving and storage,convenient for enterprise staff management and viewing.In the daily work of ordinary enterprises,large quantities of various kinds of archival documents will be generated between departments at all levels and between different departments.They all need people to file work,but because ordinary enterprises only rely on manpower to transfer large quantities of archives.This will result in a large number of files,such as chart files,test record forms,text materials,photos,video tapes,and various optical discs,which can not be filed in time with the archives management department.In order to meet the requirements of the actual file management of modern enterprises,the file system function should be composed of six parts: scanning entry,file management,query statistics,loan management,approval management,and system management.This paper first expounds the background of the enterprise archives management system,expounds the current situation of the enterprise archives management work,and then makes a detailed analysis and overview of the current status of the system research and development at home and abroad.Finally,according to the actual file management situation of the enterprise,and combining the software development system method and corresponding technology,the new system design requirements of the enterprise are put forward.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the system,including the business,function and security requirements of enterprise archives management,and other design requirements.The system uses the UML modeling language to model the system.The web-based B/S model uses Microsoft Microsoft SQL Server 2016 as the background database and is developed on the MyEclipse platform in the J2 EE language.The overall design and module design of the system are mainly divided into four systems: document management,transfer file management,file appraisal management,and online loan management,and the interface map of the system design is given.The database structure and entity class diagram are applied to detail the design of the database.The summary of this paper is at the end.
