Design And Implementation Of Enterprise File Management System Based On HTML5

With the improvement of technology,information management plays a more and more important role in decision support.The increasingly high demands of people on information timeliness,accuracy,comprehensiveness and other aspects of archives is becoming an important carrier of information.The traditional manual management mode has become increasingly unable to meet the above needs and the effective management and utilization are strongly required.Constantly speeding up the process of digital archives to improve the degree of archival information and provide an efficient platform for the community to use archives has very important practical value.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign relevant research,the dissertation has carried on a detailed analysis to the existing file management process by combining the accumulated abundant archives and the outcome of visits,seminars and other forms of research.The system functional requirements and non functional requirements are proposed and the goal and requirement of system are outlined.The architecture function,structure network topology,security and database design are presented.In the design,the Java technology with SSH framework is applied in the system development.The technology of HTML5 and SQL Server 2008 R2 are used for the front page and database,respectively.The various functions of the system is coded by eclipse development tools.Finally,the system is tested with the help of JUnit.After this system is put into operation,the personnel of archives management get rid of the restraint of offices.The system achieves the goal of safe and efficient file management.The application effect is good.
