The Industrial Equipment Internet of Things integrates monitoring and sensing sensors or controllers and technologies such as mobile communications,cloud computing,and big data into the production process to transform the traditional industry into an intelligent direction.In the internal structure of industrial equipment IoT(Internet of Things),the applied information technology is sensor network technology and telecommunication network technology.Information technology plays a vital role in the industrial equipment Internet of Things and is the basis for communication between devices.Therefore,the construction of a secure,stable and fast communication guarantee mechanism to realize the real-time secure transmission of Internet of Things data has become an urgent problem of industrial equipment Internet of Things.Based on the industrial equipment IoT enterprise project,this thesis starts with the communication protocol analysis and proposes the mechanism and method to solve the communication problem of the Internet of Things.This thesis mainly completes the following work:(1)For the communication between devices in the industrial equipment Internet of Things,due to the diversity of devices and data size,these problems are likely to lead to the interruption of the wireless channel,and the reliability of the wireless channel is not guaranteed.This thesis designs a wireless a dynamic additional transmission channel guarantee mechanism based on communication multiple access technology and self-organizing network theory to achieve reliable access of device information.Through experimental simulation,it is proved that the dynamic additional transmission channel guarantee mechanism can effectively reduce the packet loss rate during heavy load of network communication.(2)In view of the diversity and complexity of the industrial IoT environment and the high degree of heterogeneity,using the networking mode of the wireless Mesh network,thereal-time communication network architecture of the industrial equipment Internet of Things is proposed,and the characteristics of the LEACH-C routing algorithm are analyzed.On the basis of the problem,the clustering method is optimized according to the problem of industrial equipment IoT environment,and a dynamic adaptive clustering strategy is proposed to make it more suitable for industrial environment and actual needs.(3)For the terminal equipment cloud platform access requirements in the industrial equipment Internet of things,the terminal device cloud platform verification method and access procedure based on the MQTT protocol,combined with the HTTP protocol,the terminal device pairs the RESTful API interface from the cloud platform Conduct access,conduct authentication work,and communicate with the MQTT server based on the results to enable device access legally and securely.The innovations in this thesis are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)The agent of the wireless transmission layer is improved from the local search algorithm to the local search + simulated annealing algorithm,which avoids the situation that the original next hop misses the optimal solution,and guarantees the integrity and timeliness of the information communication at the transmission level.(2)Optimized the LEACH-C algorithm.LEACH-C adopts a centralized cluster head processing protocol to improve search efficiency by adding lookup identifiers,thereby improving communication efficiency and realizing network layer optimization of devices.
