Experimental equipment is an important part of the school's assets,the management of experimental equipment is an important task of school teaching management.Changsha District Vocational Technical College is a national demonstration vocational colleges,developing rapidly these years,with the increasing of experimental equipment,the traditional manual management exposed many problems,such as the real query slow,long cycle,large workload statistics,accounts inconsistent,experimental equipment management system needs to be a convenient and efficient data sharing,highly intelligent management of the school personnel to meet the requirements of the experimental equipment and various departments,to further improve the level of college information management.This system will rely on the school information management data platform,using the Internet of things related technology,design a set of experimental equipment to meet the needs of the school management system,to achieve the intelligent management of experimental equipment.This paper firstly analysis the system development background and significance,research status at home and abroad,this paper introduces the main research content;related networking technology to support the second of this thesis focuses on the research and analysis,image recognition,barcode recognition,RFID,middleware and data communication networking key technologies in-depth study;again in based on the networking environment,the systematic analysis of the laboratory equipment management system,including feasibility analysis,demand analysis and application analysis of business process;then the system design of experimental equipment management system: the design process analysis,data encoding system,information collection system,system network structure,application service system and hardware layout the architecture design.And focuses on the analysis of two-dimensional code image recognition algorithm,using Otsu,Niblack algorithm and ZXing open source code to realize the identification of two-dimensional code;the final implementation of the system of IOT application mode: introduces the system development tools and environment,realized the PC client,mobile phone and handheld terminal end inventory three platform under various functions module and man-machine interface development,but also for business management,mobile phone,handheld terminallogin data upload function module is tested.The experiment equipment management system based on the Internet of things is designed and developed in the three layer architecture model of the perception layer,transport layer and application layer of the Internet of things.First of all,based on networking information recognition technology,aiming at the system compatibility and scalability requirements,proposed equipment data acquisition scheme of one-dimensional bar codes,two-dimensional code and RFID mixed mode,synchronization of data,to achieve fast and efficient data acquisition;secondly,combined with the amount of data transmission distance and application requirements,through the cooperation of the campus network Zig Bee,Wi Fi,and Bluetooth and other ways to realize data transmission smoothly;finally,using C# and Java language and the development of the PC middleware respectively and handheld terminals,mobile phone terminal system,and preliminary application.
