Research On The Design And Implementation Of Smart Community Map Service System Based On Cable TV Platform

Smart community is a new concept of community management,and it is a new model of social management innovation under the new situation.Under the current social situation,a lot of economic backward area of community residents are difficult to enjoy a variety of information services which brought by Internet, the information infrastructure of these communities is not perfect, but many people also propose greater demands on the service now,which can be solved by the research construction about smart community based on TV platform. About the design of map service in smart community,the visual location concept of community residents which brought by the electronic map combined with TV platform,let people not like the past to see a position can only be formed in the consciousness of a text concept and no orientation,they have joined the geographical environment of the surrounding image in their consciousness at the same time,just like a reality of the surrounding environment full of people's thinking,what people's minds emerge is reality streetscape,make people feel the important meaning of position figurative.This paper starts from the theoretical research and practical application,the Fanta street Yunan community in Kaifeng city as the research object,introduces the development environment,realize technology and various information services of smart community map service system which based on cable TV platform, and designs the smart community service model based on the TV platform.In this way,the smart community system realized each model and function,include the function service within the community and the surrounding,service about map location,map route for automatic guidance function,service about education,health care and other related services,to fully enable people to realize the benefits which brought by modern Internet and geographic information technology.The design based on the TV platform,make the people who under poor economic conditions or low knowledge level,even the elder have the conditions to learn to use varieties of information services based on the Internet platform in a relatively high pace. Through the application of smart community system, now the "TV" is no longer just the television before, TV from a tool to "see" into a "use" of the service facilities,the colorful services of smart community on TV also let people have a new understanding of television. The community service which designed in the system, through theconstruction of information and intelligence with unit of community, moreover each community has its own culture resources, gradually realize informationization of the whole city, not only to the urban community, but also to the country has practical use in reality, hopefully to play a great role in promoting our country's information construction.
