The emergence of order management system is the best example of using computer technology to solve traditional business problems.The order management system uses computer technology to solve order generation problems,including order status,order delivery and after-sales feedback.Order management system is an information channel for enterprises to communicate with customers.For e-commerce companies,the order management system is the core module in the e-commerce system.In the e-commerce order management system,important information such as product information,order information,timeseries information,user information,and order amount information will be inclued.With the development of the Internet,and the popularity of mobile devices.the number of users in the online e-commerce industry has expanded a lot,in recent years,which resulting a series of problems,in the storage,analysis and display of massive order data.So,the traditional order management system can no longer meet the usage scenarios in the big data environment,especially when enterprises need the analysis of massive offline data or display real-time order data with special holiday periods.Therefore,at present,the demand for the management system of massive order data by major online e-commerce companies is on the rise,and the requirements for ensuring data storage,such as data analysis and storage performance,are more stringent.This order management system is based on massive order data and provides a complete set of implementation solutions for e-commerce companies.The use of massive order data can be realized in many aspects,from the storage,display,analysis and other aspects of data,.It also supports off-line processing and real-time calculation of subscription data,providing multi-dimensional data processing for e-commerce companies.In the implementation process,Hadoop,Hive and other industrial big data batch processing technologies,and real-time computing frameworks such as Spark and Flink are used,and the e-commerce order data warehouse is established according to the characteristics of e-commerce order data.Data is stored in HDFS,Elasticsearch,Druid and other popular storage tools,combined with Springboot,Redis,MySQL and other common back-end development frameworks to achieve data display.We also tryed to use machine learning to analyze the order data and mine the rules in the order data.The system consists of the following five functional blocks:(1)order Visualization Report:shows the overall status of order data and provides personalized download function.(2)order outbound management:support management personnel to view the status of the order outbound of the corresponding category..(3)order after-sales management:support manager to view the processing status of the corresponding category personally.(4)merchant data management:provide data visualization services for third-party merchants of the platform.help businesses to provide their own service levels.(5)real-time monitoring of order delivery:the real-time backlog of the order delivery is desinged to help manager to judge service situation of the e-commerce in holidays.we also attempted to achieve third-party store rating,by using order data and machine learning algorithms,to improve the quality of merchant services.This project has been launched and serves for tens of thousands merchants on this platform.
