The Design And Implementation Of Multi-channel Management System Based On SOA Architecture

With the development of computer and network technology,e-commerce has gradually put forward specific requirements for procurement management,warehouse management and order fulfillment.The existing CRM software or warehouse management software has been unable to meet the needs of the seller.This paper introduces the design and implementation of cross platform ERP sales system is designed to provide a complete customer service management platform for different sales platform for all e-commerce customers,automation and simplification electronic commerce customer's daily work,improve efficiency,enable businesses to put more resources into business expansion,expand sales market to expand the product with the Province time.The system is suitable for large and medium-sized sellers,including sales logistics system,supply chain system and customer service system of these three subsystems.The sales logistics system includes basic information,system management,system settings,and orders,can help the electricity supplier to cost a large number of products with low unified management,set up,through the reasonable selection of the system orders,delivery methods and delivery center for orders.The supply chain system includes new management,supplier management and procurement management,can provide a more efficient solution for the company to continue to develop new products,accurate and timely inventory management inventory alarm,and combined with the procurement requirements recommended inventory intelligence,support the entire procurement process information.Customer service system includes order management and e-mail management,customer service team can edit the order in the manual processing,and with the customer mail,improve the quality of service and user experience.The system realizes the cross platform function,support Alipay,WeChat to pay.Order Amazon,aliexpress and Taobao / Alipay API series,Jingdong and other dozens of domestic e-commerce platform and logistics data synchronization download.Based on the requirement analysis of the system,the paper puts forward the overall design and database design,including the hardware architecture and software architecture.The system is based on.NET platform and SQL Server database,using B/S architecture,with good maintainability and scalability,while ensuring the development efficiency.The front-end using multiple Web servers for load balancing,to meet the needs of a large number of concurrent users,the database uses the master-slave structure,master directly to achieve real-time data synchronization,the main library is responsible for the daily business operation,responsible for report of work from the library,which can guarantee the efficiency of business processing system.On this basis,the system is designed in detail,and the flow chart of each main module is given.The system is developed on the basis of MVC,ORM,JQuery and other frameworks,the paper lists some screenshots and some code implementation.Finally,the system test and summary,including unit testing,integration testing and system testing,as well as the summary of the research work in this paper,the further research of the system is prospected.
