The Research And Building Of A Corporate Intelligent Communications System For Windows

With the increasing development of computer and internet,nowadays most companies use the information facilities like Excel,OA(Office Automation),CRM(Customer Relationship Management),ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)and so on.Above facilities enhance the efficiency of management in companies,but what is lacking is the support of intelligent communication capability which is the common requirements of enterprises as well as the rigid demand of enterprises.The popular methods of adding intelligent communication system to facilities expend lots of money and time.Of course,many companies cannot afford it.In order to meet the need of companies,this object ranged over studying an intelligent communication system which is installed on PC end.Four kinds of technology are used in this project,such as global hook,browser plug-in,image recognition and Excel plug-in.Through above technology,you can call others without putting down numbers and fast call someone.At the same time,a convenient open interface which can quickly add intelligent communication capability is designed in this system,as if that plug in the wings of intelligent communication.The system integrated three common communication methods,for example,VoIP,mobile phone(3G/4G)and fix-line.And many common functions are available in this system,such as address book management,call record management,SMS transceiver,prepaid and so forth.It can also support the seamless fusion among PC end and mobile terminal.This paper detailed introduce four characteristics,picking numbers on screen,system open interface,integrated communication mode and seamless integration with existing information systems,which enhance the enterprise's intelligent communication level and management efficiency.
