Semi-physical simulation technology is widely used in aerospace,automotive,and other fields,which is the key to reducing equipment development cycle and cost,and improving success rate.There are few semi-physical simulation platforms in China,especially the lack of semi-physical simulation platforms with the characteristics of general-purpose,automation,integration and other.As a result,the development of semi-physical simulation applications is inefficient,and it is difficult to meet the development needs of modern semi-physical simulation applications.In view of this problem,based on the modular instrumentation system developed by ourselves according to the concept of virtual instrument and Simulink with powerful mathematical modeling ability,this paper studies the semi-physical simulation platform to meet the needs of modernization.The contents are as follows::1)Overall design.In this paper,the specific requirements of the semi-physical simulation platform are studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of the modular instrument system in the semi-physical simulation are analyzed.Then the overall framework of the semi-physical simulation platform based on Simulink and modular instrument system is proposed.2)Research on communication methods between generalized modular instrument system and Simulink model.In order to solve the problem that the Simulink model and the modular instrument system can't communicate,and the traditional implementation method makes the platform not universal.From the application layer point of view,the application layer communication protocol between Simulink and the modular instrument system is studied.A generalization framework for Simulink communication component design is proposed,and then the basic components that need to be reused in the generalization framework are implemented.The Simulink communication component guided by the method can not only realize the correct communication between Simulink and the modular instrument system,but also decouple the application layer mathematical model design from the underlying hardware to ensure generalization.3)Research on the method of developing real-time simulation application with modular instrument system.In order to improve the development efficiency,the reasons for the inefficiency of the existing semi-physical simulation platform are analyzed.It is pointed out that it lacks the support of integration and automation,and has developed a system scheme for improving the efficiency of the modular instrument system.Then,in order to improve the degree of platform integration,the integration method between platform and Simulink is studied.In order to improve the automation degree of the platform,the composition and characteristics of the Simulink model program are comprehensively analyzed,and the methods for real-time transformation,automatic compilation and generation are studied.Finally,according to the method guidance,the modular instrument semi-physical simulation assistant software is developed and implemented,which is a part of the platform to help users improve the development efficiency of real-time simulation applications.The semi-physical simulation platform based on Simulink and modular instrumentation system can not only build mathematical model and simulate in real time,but also have the characteristics of generalization,integration and automation.Finally,an application example is developed to verify the above characteristics.So the semi-physical simulation platform makes up for the shortcomings of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform in China.
