Simulation technology has the characteristics of the Safe, efficient, controllable, without damaging, economic, Environment and climate free from restrictions, repeatable. So, Simulation technology has been applied to many fields widely. It is the pilot technology, check technology, analysis technology in the weapons systems development and test of the field of military industry, because of the advantage in the real-time simulation and the authenticity of the result, semi-physical simulation has been applied most widely. This paper discusses the background and objective of the semi-physical simulator system for the electronic fuel adjuster .The design of the collectivity, modeling and the design of the software and hardware of the semi-physical simulator system for the electronic fuel adjuster. This paper relatet the conclusion and work of Follow-up investigation in the end.mathematical modeling of engine has be set up by this paper, On this basis , the semi-physical simulation have be used for the electronic fuel adjuster. The question of the test for the electronic fuel adjuster have been figure out. The design programs of the simulation system is input the hardware control signals and data signals to the mathematical modeling of engine. The electronic fuel adjuster contrl the feedback signal of the mathematical modeling of engine. to realization of the closed-loop control on the engine.The hardware of simulation system composition by the engine simulator, data collection, platform. Software of the simulation system for monitoring and control in the field of software development platform LabWindows / CVI development. Through needs analysis, the software function modules for the detailed design, Development of software with real-time status display, graph display, simulation and high reliability.The simulation system developed by this paper has some outstanding characteristics to be described as follows. Firstly, the simulator adopts the semi-physical simulation technology, which makes the results more credible. Secondly, The fidelity and reliability of the mathematical modeling of engine make the simulator can simulate engine tranquilization state and run state. Form the tested and actual use,The function and performance of the simulation system appease the design requirements.
