At present,more and more enterprises begin to apply the wechat cultural public platforms for cultural transmission,in order to improve the corporate culture receptivity of staff.But the dissemination of the effect cannot be evaluated at present.The academic research on the culture public platform is still in its initial period.Therefore,this research adopts the perspective of communication.Combining with the theories as Use and Satisfaction and TAM Model Theory,it construct the research model of the dissemination effect of the enterprise culture public platform with the method of interview and questionnaire survey to find out the relationship between the use of staff and the communicating effect and the related factors of it so that we can put forward some relevant suggestions.The study found the following points.Firstly;the use behavior and communicating effect of the culture public platform are affected positively by the public use requirement,perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness and willingness to use.Secondly,the strongest effect of logical sequence is "use requirement?perceived ease of use?perceived usefulness?willingness to use?use behavior?communicating effect”.Thirdly,the strongest requirement among the staff is the demand of information.Finally,the significant difference of the age,education and social relationship of the staff contributes to the significant difference of the public use and communicating effect.Thus,this paper puts forward the following suggestions.We ought to not only focus on the "demand" sort of staff to meet the multi dimension requirement but also simplified the interface design and focus on the usefulness of the content we update in it.In addition,set up more public service functions for the reason that it need to be people-oriented to match the requirement of the staff.Last but not least,strengthen the promotion of development among the staff with the personal communication especially the younger ones.
