Design And Implementation Of OA Management System For WeChat Enterprise

With the rapid development of wireless network technology,at current moment of gradually eliminated 3G network and not fully popularized 4G network,5G network technology has progressively matured.Mobile devices like mart phone has become a part of people's life with its increasingly strong power and complete functions.Using mobile terminals to realize part or all of OA management system functions can give further help in getting rid of time and space constraints.It is a new issue for the development of OA management system.WeChat is a mobile application of instant messaging service provided by Tencent Inc.By November 2013,its registered users has exceeded 600 million,serving over 80% of mobile phone users in China.It is an instant messaging software taking up the biggest part of Chinese market.WeChat enterprise account is a specialized service that WeChat designed for enterprise customers.Through WeChat enterprise account,office mobilization can be quickly achieved.This paper,through analysis of systematic construction goals,requirement analysis and module division,considers current mainstream web application system developing technology,chooses Spring MVC+ Spring +MyBatis framework as main system framework,uses Activiti engine as the workflow engine and makes an analysis of OA management system,including system overview,functional requirement analysis and non-functional requirement analysis.Then comes summary analysis,and the system function is divided into five main modules,which are basic data management,transaction management,announcement management,record management and address book management,and database design has to be completed.At the same time,this paper analyzes and summarizes WeChat enterprise account interface content and characteristics,carries out second development on WeChat enterprise account,and reaches interaction between users and OA system via WeChat enterprise account.
