The popularity of 4G networks has increased the proportion of mobile phones in life,and mobile phones have gradually become one of the essential tools for people.Various mobile apps are booming.The chat software is used most widely,Such as Momo,WeChat,QQ,Laiwang etc.,which due to WeChat's streamlining and efficient attract many college students and workers,as of now,WeChat's monthly active account reached 790 million,accounting for 98%of mobile Internet users.This paper selects 42 top-notch universities published by the Ministry of Education in 2017 as the survey object.Through the search for university names,university names + libraries,we found that 42 colleges and universities have opened WeChat's public number,36 of which opened the library WeChat's public No.It can be seen from this that the construction of the WeChat's public platform of university libraries may become a new trend.But what is the level of information construction in the WeChat's public platform of college libraries and the information services they provide that make users satisfied and affect user satisfaction?This article will develop a study on the evaluation of the user satisfaction of the information service of the University Library WeChat's public platform through modeling and empirical analysis,as follows:First of all,the author elaborated the research background and research significance of the evaluation of the user satisfaction of the information service of the WeChat's public platform of university libraries,summarized the relevant research status at home and abroad,and conducted the information construction of the information service of the university library and the WeChat's public platform.It analyzes and discusses the features of the WeChat's public platform of university libraries and the content of information services.At the same time,it elaborates on the content and influencing factors of the satisfaction of the information service users of the WeChat's public platform of university libraries.Secondly,based on the relevant Chinese and foreign classic customer satisfaction theory,the variable selection and relationship assumptions were made for the user satisfaction of the information service of the WeChat's public platform in college libraries,and an index model for the user satisfaction of the information service of the WeChat's public platform in university libraries was constructed..Finally,the WeChat's public platform of Xiangtan University is taken as the object of empirical research.The related data is obtained through the questionnaire on the information service and user satisfaction of the university library WeChat's public platform.The data is analyzed and modeled using statistical software such as SPSS and AMOS.Together,we can verify the scientificity and rationality of the user satisfaction index model of the information service of the University Library WeChat's public platform.The paper also analyzes the empirical results,describes the influence degree of each potential variable in the index model on user satisfaction,and based on the empirical results,puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for how to improve and improve the user satisfaction of the university library WeChat's public platform.
