With the rapid development of technology and changes of market demand,the production and business environment in which companies are located and the way in which they obtain competitive advantages have also changed.The static environment is gradually replaced by the complex,diversified and dynamic environment.At the same time,companies no longer rely on their own strength to gain competitive advantage by integrating their own internal resources.Nowadays,with the division of labor and the interaction between other stakeholders,business ecosystem is becoming more and more popular.The business ecosystem has changed the competition concept of "single fight" in the past,and emphasizes that the business environment of the enterprise is a symbiotic system which is closely related and interdependent.Under this environment,the division and cooperation between the members of the system are closer,and they create value for the whole ecosystem.Members integrate actively and make full use of internal and external resources and capabilities to achieve value co-creation,thus promoting the sustainable development of the whole business ecosystem.The form of business competition between enterprises and enterprises is gradually disappearing.Instead,it is the competition between the business ecosystem and the business ecosystem.This research takes Xiaomi Corporation as a case to analyze the development process since its establishment in 2010.Based on the view of flexible value network from the link,interaction and reconstruction of three value co-creation main lines,this paper studies how the members of the Xiaomi ecosystem are co-creating values,in order to explore the development path of the Xiaomi ecosystem and the mechanism behind it,and build the overall framework of the development path of the Internet enterprise.The findings are as follows:(1)The formation of business ecosystem is the future trend of Internet enterprises,and the development path of Internet enterprises will experience the four stages of "user operation stage-community formation stage-platform formation stage-ecological formation stage".(2)The purpose of building a business ecosystem is to form a systematic competitive advantage.(3)Value co-creation is the key to the development of the business ecosystem.The development path of the business ecosystem is the process of the value co-creation from the low order to the higher order,namely the process of "link interactionreconstructing".The research shows that the successful establishment of business ecosystem by Xiaomi Corporation is worthy of the learning and reference of the same type of enterprises.In this era of consumer demand oriented,enterprises should constantly strengthen their interaction with consumers,grasp the trend of market development,discover and effectively respond to the changing demand of consumers in time,and jump out of narrow perspective that only pays attention to the enterprise itself and industry development,and from the long-term strategic eye.Enterprises should promote internal and external integration,build business ecosystem and achieve value co-creation among members so as to enhance competitiveness of enterprises.
