With the increasing acceptance and dependence of the public on mobile phones and mobile Internet,the mobile phone industry has also ushered in a vigorous development,and mobile phone giants such as Apple,Huawei,and Xiaomi have appeared at home and abroad.In the process of development,these mobile phone giants have established a business ecosystem with mobile phone products as the core,forming a competitive business ecosystem with Apple as the representative abroad and Xiaomi as the domestic representative.The business ecosystem is a concept established by the ecosystem of the analogous biological world.In the mobile phone enterprise,based on the connection structure between the products it releases,the integrated Internet of Things technology promotes the benign complementarity between the products and forms a synergistic effect.The special feature of the business ecosystem of mobile phone companies is that they pay more attention to the connection between products and are characterized by the interconnection of products within the same brand and are brought by consumers to a better user experience.The business ecosystem built by mobile phone manufacturers is also accompanied by the dynamic adjustment of their corporate strategic management.Apple and Xiaomi have carried out corresponding business ecosystem construction and corporate strategic layout according to the development characteristics and current status of their companies.Domestic and foreign similar studies are mostly focused on a single brand,such as an analysis of Apple Inc.or a separate analysis of the Xiaomi ecosystem,and comparative analysis and reference to foreign countries to provide strategic recommendations for domestic companies are few studies.The value of this article,its integration is now from the standpoint of domestic mobile phones,with the commercial ecosystem as the starting point to find opportunities for the development of domestic mobile phones;the second is reflected in a detailed combing and case analysis of the business ecosystem of Apple and Xiaomi.The research content of this article is mainly about the business ecosystem analysis and strategic management analysis of Apple and Xiaomi.Based on the business management experience of Apple and Xiaomi on the basis of the business ecosystem,they carry out strategic analysis and make recommendations on strategic management based on the actual status of Xiaomi..Thisarticle relates to the business ecosystem theory and strategic management analysis theory.Based on the domestic and foreign research contents,the synergy effect analysis method,network effect analysis method,business ecosystem theory,PEST analysis,Boston matrix analysis method,SWOT analysis method and other theories are used and adopted.The analysis method of Tao theory and case demonstration is adopted,and the time series analysis method is adopted for the synergy effect of the circle of Apple's core products.Based on the comprehensive use of various analysis methods,the article believes that domestic mobile phones lack the autonomy of R & D technology in operating systems and mobile phone hardware,especially chips.In the face of the complex international economic situation,domestic mobile phones should be united under the guidance of national policies.Strive to achieve technology sharing and joint development to obtain the autonomy of mobile phone technology.The innovations of this article are: one is to sort out Apple and Xiaomi with business ecosystem theory and strategic management theory;the other is to make corporate strategic recommendations for Xiaomi mobile phones based on the current external economic environment.;The third is the use of time series analysis in the analysis of synergies in the business ecosystem.
