The vigorous development of electronic commerce has led to the growth of China's green economy, and has become the source of China's economic development. China's e-commerce started late, but the pace of development is very alarming. High efficiency, low cost is the advantage of electronic commerce, e-commerce from the rise to the vigorous development of only a few decades, now it has become a new growth point in economic development.The main emphasis is on the harmonious development between man and nature environment. The overall development of people and the progress of society should not only pay attention to the natural environment, but also must take into account the harmonious development of social organization and information environment, which has led to the study of information ecology. Information ecology is a new research field of information science and ecology and cross each other, the purpose of the study is to achieve balance of information ecosystem, promote the people, information environment and the human society sustainable development. Therefore, the use of the relevant theory of information ecology to study the problems encountered in the development of business network, so that it can be sustained and healthy development is the goal of our continuous research.In this paper, based on the theory of information ecology, combined with the self-organization theory, evolutionary game theory, system dynamics theory, this paper studies the collaborative creation and evolution game of business network information ecological chain value.(1) The dissipative structure theory and evolutionary game theory based on the theory of evolutionary logic model and evolution model of business network information ecological chain construction enrich the theory system of ecological chain business network information, and the development trend of business network information ecological chain prediction.
