In recent years,the reality show has swept the entire television industry.Look back the development of Chinese TV reality shows,wilderness survival class,talent class,outdoor competition class reality shows have created one after another miracle.With the advent of the era of experience economy,the concept of "experience" has been applied to the creation of the reality TV shows,experiential reality TV shows entered the Chinese audience's view in 2005,the number of shows is increasing year by year,the theme of shows is becoming wider and wider.The variety of parent-child experience,travel experience,plot experience with innovative ideas and excellent production makes a huge success.In the second half of 2017,the management experiential reality shows which regarding "business" as primary mission,"experience" as the narrative emphasis comes out and becomes a viewing "dark horse",showing huge development potential.The success of the show is inseparable from the innovation of narrative mode.This paper uses the narrative theory,adopts literature research and case analysis method,and mainly selects the program "Chinese restaurant","The inn","Youth hotel" as cases to discusses the unique narrative patterns in management experiential reality show from the aspects of narrative content and narrative mode.Including features of narrative character,structure,action and narrative perspective,symbols,time and space.Based on the current situation of the program,the problems in the narration of experiential reality show are also analyzed,and put forward corresponding solutions.
