Study On Industrial Injury Insurance Information System Based On Provincial Co-ordination

It is related to social stability and security that the establishment of a sound labor and social security system,and the modern management information system is a strong support for labor and social security system.There are some problems in the industrial injury insurance in Hebei Province,such as the uneven levels of informatization,the great differences in policies and management,the scattered data and the lack of supervision and control of funds.According to the provincial requirements,the industrial injury insurance fund should implement the overall plan of the whole province.It's very urgent to develop a set of industrial injury insurance information system which is required to comply with the provisions of the provincial level.The main work of this paper is as follows: Firstly,we analyze the problems;Secondly,according to design philosophy of the three edition of the social insurance core platform and the actual situation of the industrial injury insurance in Hebei Province,we participated in the design of the industrial injury insurance management information system.Finally,according to the object oriented UML modeling idea,the paper analyzes the demand analysis,static class design,dynamic design and database design of the insured part of the system,and implements the coding of the unit management,personnel management and collection management module.The system of industrial injury insurance is based on the B/S framework,using the framework of Struts and Hibernate,and using Oracle10 in the database.The system has the characteristics of fast running speed,high efficiency,and convenient operation.It not only achieves a unified data and the provincial cities and counties multi-level business regulation,the province's business rules,but also improves the industrial injury insurance fund transfers.This system provides better service for the insured object,and achieves the desired design requirements.
