With the improvement of the social security system in China, the coverage of thesocial insurance is gradually expanding and the level of the social management is alsocontinuously improving. At the same time, the social security business becomes moreand more complex, resulting that more data need to be done. In this sense, thetechnology of the transmission, processing, and storage of data requires upgrade. Inorder to solve these problems, we need to upgrade and modify the current socialinsurance management system with the use of new technologies. This method cansatisfy the demands of increasing capacity and extension of information. To providehigh-quality and convenient services for insured residents, the construction of the basicinformation network and the enhancement of the processing ability and speed ofinformation system need to be put into action.Work-related Injury insurance is an important part of the social insurance.Combined with the advanced ideas of software engineering, we have designed andcompleted the work-related injury insurance system through the analysis of its realdemand and business process. In this dissertation, we firstly introduce the backgroundof work-related injury insurance system and research status. Then, functional andnon-functional requirements in the work-related injury insurance system are analyzed.System requirements are clarified by use of case diagrams, flow charts and conceptualmodels in detail. Furthermore, we designed the overall work-related injury insurancesystem which includes three-tier architecture. J2EE technology is used as the core oftechnical standards and J2EE multi-application program is used in this system; themain mode of system architecture adopts hierarchical design, in which the“Model-View-Controller”(MVC) design pattern and the system transverse with MVCmodel layer are mainly used; Our system is process-centric and emphasize the optimalthought of system in the whole process. Based on the design, achievements of thesystem modules are introduced, and the implementation of client calls the server-sidebased on the Struts framework is analyzed in detail. Finally, system testing isconducted.The system is very important for work-related Injury insurance,which has beenplaying an important role in the community security services in these days. The systemcan achieve accurate and efficient real-time interaction, speed up dealing with business data, and satisfy the demands of the comprehensive information support. The systemgoes data up centralized and service downward way to ensure a high degree ofconsistency and integrity of information, relatively reduce information redundancy,and make easy for unified management. In conclusion, this system not only provides agood approach for social security, but also can be extended to other managementinformation systems.
