Nowadays, as the rapid development of China’s economy, industrial accidents occur more frequently while occupational diseases become much more serious. The identification of industrial injury is the premise of industrial injury insurance. As the improvement of the social insurance system, more and more businesses and workers apply for industrial injury identifications to settle disputes of industrial injury compensation, leading to the explosive growth of industrial injury identification cases received by labor and social security department. However, the cumbersome procedures and backward technical support seriously restrict the work efficiency of industrial injury identification which bring a lot of unnecessary barriers to applicants and staff and may intensify social contradictions easily. Therefore, in working practice the industrial injury identification procedure is needed urgently and simplified, reporting and processing of the industrial injury identification by network should be implemented based on e-government system.In this thesis, we study and optimize the injury identification procedure, build an online industrial injury identification reporting system for Shishi city and plan to use the system in the industrial injury identification work of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shishi. We implement the pre-approval of industrial injury identification application online and preliminary judgment of the information provided by the applicant through modern computer network system. By information technology, and achieve "once submitted immediately identified" for industrial injury identification procedure and provide aids for follow-up works. The main work of this thesis and the results obtained are summarized as follows.First of all, we research existing business processes of industrial injury identification, analyze the system requirements according to the actual situation in Shishi City. We mainly use UML technology to build the static model for the system and analyze the dynamic behavior, and describe the functional requirements detail using the use case diagram. Then, we propose the design of architecture of the overall system functions. The system is based on B/S structure and divided into three major functional modules: user management, industrial injury identification and system management. The industrial injury identification is the core function of the system which can be further divided into the following sub-function modules: identification application, evidence management, evidence judgment and calculation of compensation. After the outline design, we use UML technology to build the object model and dynamic model for main function modules, describe each function module in detail, and built the data model by database technology. In the end, we implement and test the system. we use ASP.NET as the development platform. The background data is stored in SQL SERVER database. These technologies guarantee a standardized business processes and data processing under fast development speed. Finally, we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the system and give several possible improvements in future.At present, the system has been preliminary deployed and operated in Shishi social security bureau, achieved good results, and achieved the objective of reducing the workload and improving work efficiency and transparency.
