The Research Of Constellation Culture From The Perspective Of Sub-cultural Capital

In the current era,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,self-media such as We Chat and Micro-blog have become the main platforms for information exchange and sharing.In the multiple contexts of the new media,globalization,and consumer society,the constellation culture gradually exhibits new cultural symptoms—the relationship with capital is becoming increasingly close.Thanks to the appreciation of the constellation culture,constellation culture self-media springs up.Taking "Uncle Tong Dao" as an example,my paper explores the operation process of the sub sub-cultural capital of the constellation culture self-media.Through a series of operations,"Uncle Tong Dao" formed a unique "cool and cute" style,separated from other constellations culture self-media,in order to obtain and accumulate rich sub-cultural capital,and convert it into economic capital and social capital under certain conditions.Through the accumulation and transformation of subcultural capital,"Uncle Tong Dao" has built up its own "constellation culture circle",and also gained certain social status and economic reward.My article is divided into three parts: The first part is the background introduction,expounds the development course of constellation culture in our country and the development status of "Uncle Tong Dao",and analyzes how "Uncle Tong Dao" stands out from many constellation culture media and become a huge constellation cultural empire.The second part is the main part of the article.I combined the three aspects of the "cool and cute" style,the interactive relationship between "Uncle Tong Dao" and media and interest groups into a chapter,in order to explore how "Uncle Tong Dao" adopted a unique style with other constellation cultures self-media and gradually acquired and accumulated its own sub-cultural capital.In this process,various media have played an important role in accelerating and spreading the cognition of "uncle Tong Dao" and its constellation culture in the minds of the masses,consolidating their status and helping the accumulation and acquisition of subcultural capital.In addition,the strong involvement of interest groups led to the increase of subculture capital accumulated by the "Uncle Tong Dao" in the earlier period.The third part is the extension and in-depth discussion of the main part of the article.The sub-cultural capital in "Uncle Tong" has become more and more rich and valuable,and there has been a possibility of transformation to economic capital and social capital.Through a variety of ways,"Uncle Tong" has succeeded in converting subcultural capital into economic capital and social capital,which not only obtained a large amount of monetary reward,but also gained a certain status.In this process of transformation,the grab of economic capital and social capital provides material basis and social security for the re acquisition of sub culture capital.The three show a state of continuous circulation.By analyzing and exploring the operation process of the sub-cultural capital of "Uncle Tong Dao",This article hopes to open up a new research idea for the constellation culture in the multiple contexts of the new media,globalization,and consumer society.At the same time,it also gives some thoughts for the revision and improvement of the subculture capital theory in the new media period.
