With the vigorous development of Internet technology,the evolution of Web2.0 emerging technology will push the whole society into the information age,and the we-media platform represented by "weibo" and "WeChat" will step onto the stage of the information society.As an era when information creates value,information resources play an increasingly important role in people's mind.At the same time,people's standards for the efficiency of information resources acquisition are also further improved.In order to meet the needs of the development of The Times,university libraries should keep pace with the development of The Times,make full use of the advantages of "we media" platform such as easy access to information resources,rapid and timely,wide range of influence,and strive to build a university library micro service platform.User satisfaction is the ultimate value of university library micro service.In order to develop and innovate university library micro services and constantly meet the information needs of user groups,user satisfaction should be taken as the core standard to measure the quality of university library micro services.From the perspective of user satisfaction,this paper explores the factors influencing user satisfaction by constructing a research model of user satisfaction in university libraries,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions for specific problems,so as to continuously improve the level of micro-service in university libraries in China.Based on the research model of related factors influencing user satisfaction,this paper proposes research hypotheses and constructs an innovation model in combination with the actual situation,and obtains data by means of questionnaire design.The fourth part is empirical research.In this paper,the questionnaire data were rationalized and SPSS software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,as well as regression analysis and empirical results analysis.The fifth part is countermeasures and Suggestions.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward reasonable Suggestions for specific problems in order to improve user satisfaction.The sixth part is the summary and prospect.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the research results and deficiencies embodied in the research process of this paper,and prospects the future development.
