Web Geographic Information System(Web GIS)is a system in which the orientation distribution of spatial objects and those properties associated with it can be collected,stored,managed,retrieved,analyzed and described,and then the function of the geographic information system can be provided for users through the Internet platform.Web GIS is the fusion of Internet and GIS.The development of the network is the best portal for the popularization of GIS and the map served as the mobile Internet value-added services.Thus,Web GIS gained a full development and the pipeline management is an important application of GIS.The pipeline management system based on Web GIS has increasingly become the effective means to solve the informatization management of public pipeline.In terms of data organization,data analysis,data rendering,map performance,event mechanism,Open Layers provides a set of API of Java Script for the client development of Web GIS,and it has developed into one of the most widely used map engine.The construction of smart community is mainly intended to provide safe,fast,comfortable,efficient,convenient,modern and intelligent experience of home life for proprietors so as to provide more intelligent information service for community proprietors.The digital and intelligent management of network communication pipelines,water and electricity pipelines,thermal pipelines,drainage pipes and other pipelines within the community is an important part of the construction of smart community.The intelligent and visual management of community public pipelines can reduce the cost of community pipelines management and provide premium service for the community.Based on the requirements of the project,a public pipeline infrastructure management system based on Web GIS was designed and developed in this thesis,which is to realize the effective management of various pipeline facilities in the community.The system is intended to conduct a secondary development of GIS on the basis of Open Layers technology,the base map of the system is obtained by calling the map data resources of Baidu map,and the vector data is added to the base map to edit and display the pipeline equipment resources.The system used Postgre SQL database to store and process map data and business data,for Postgre SQL database has mature spatial data structure and processing methods in processing spatial data types.The system adopted B/S framework for the structure and SSH framework to implement the whole task.The system realized the graphical plotting of various pipeline equipment within the community,editing and checking relevant information,generation of design scheme of the piping route,providing query for pipeline maintenance,generating maintenance records,authority management,and other functions.Users can conduct the digital management of the existing pipeline facilities;at the same time they can also design a new pipeline route through the system.Users can check the detailed information of pipes through query function so as to provide services for pipeline maintenance and pipeline design.After realizing the development of the whole system,each functional module of the system has been tested.All functional modules can be in normal operation after testing.By doing so,the system can meet the demands of the visualization and intelligent management of various public pipelines in the community and provide more important technical support for the construction of intelligent community.
