A Comparative Study On The Transformation Of Sino-US International Communication Strategy In Post-Globalization Era

In the context of the post-globalization era,the globalization of politics has complicated the situation between countries and regions,relied and restrained,cooperated and isolated.Various kinds of interests and public opinions are mixed together,and the international public opinion environment is undergoing profound changes.Because of the further innovations in communication technologies,highly dense information and highly focused media have become a trend,and the communication ecology is undergoing a comprehensive reform.The above factors will have a profound impact on international communication.As representatives of the world's major countries,China and the United States are facing a new situation of international communication in the post-globalization era.Based on the changes in the communication field and the communication ecology,the two countries have carried out different international communication strategic transformations in accordance with their own national conditions and strategic goals.And it has a profound impact on the construction of the new international communication order.This paper combines the changes in the global landscape with the international communication field in the post-globalization era.In this paper I try to compare the history and present situation of the development of international communication strategies between China and the United States and compare the performance and characteristics of the current international strategic transformation between China and the United States.The advantages and disadvantages of the strategic transformation of the international communication between the two countries are introuduced,in order to deepen the rational understanding of international communication,exploring the correct ideas and development path that international communication should hold in the post-globalization era.Globally speaking,international communication has a bearing on the development of the world.It should be guided by a correct and rational concept,and a new win-win and mutually beneficial international communication order should be established instead of a strategic design based on the hegemony of communication.As far as the state is concerned,it should adopt a dynamic international communication strategy.It needs a combination of points,long-term layout,and constant innovation to gain a proper position in the international communication field and create a favorable public opinion and communication environment for the country's self-development.
