How can we use archival information resources efficiently, comprehensively and accurately and form a new file sharing model, which are problems that archivists must face and solve in the digital age; Traditional file management system has to make further adjustments in the context of the development of digital archives, the original management philosophy needs to be updated, and organizations need to change; Faced with this series of important changes, the work of archivists as the heart and soul of the file must always maintain mental attitude of"advancing with the times", keep on learning, enhance themselves and survey new changes comprehensively with the vision of the "Open" .
