In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on speeding up the construction of high-level undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the ability of personnel training,it points out that "to build a powerful country of higher education,we must adhere to the principle of " putting the foundation first ",speed up the construction of high-level undergraduate education,and train a large number of high-quality talents with ideal,ability and responsibility.".The undergraduate education of Pe colleges and departments should carry out the spirit of "opinions",strengthen the cultivation of the practical ability of the students majoring in pe,and provide the country with all-round developing "innovative,compound and Applied Talents".On August 10,2019,the State Council General Office issued the 2050 sports power outline.In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and make sports construction a landmark cause,sports talents are indispensable.Sentence is too long,please supply a shorter sentence.The course of "basketball specialty and practice" is one of the core courses of physical education major.In the past teaching,the students referees' on-the-spot ability,the coaches' on-the-spot command ability,the competition organization ability,the record table working ability and so on have not been well trained.In view of this,this paper puts forward the research on the application of "experience teaching method" in "basketball specialty and practice course" of physical education institutes and departments,aiming at the perplexity in the actual basketball teaching,combining the experience teaching law,taking the students' skills of skill and tactics,the ability of on-the-spot judgment(including the ability of recording table),the ability of on-the-spot command and competition as the cut-in point,probes into the application of the experience teaching mode of basketball specialty to the training of students' practical ability and its actual effect? This has certain theoretical and practical significance for the basketball course teaching reform and the actual basketball teaching.This paper takes 33 students of 2016 and 35 students of 2017 as the research objects.Yichun University Basketball 2016 students selected 24 and 2017 students selected 22 as the study object.The method of "Literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,system design,video feedback,mathematical statistics" was used.According to the main ideas of "humanistic learning theory,subjectivism theory,system science theory",combining with the relevant scientific theories such as experience teaching mode,sports teaching mode,physical education principle,sports training principle,etc..In September,2018,the preparatory experiment was carried out,and the teaching plan and test indexes were revised.In 2019,from April to June,and from September to December,two rounds of teaching experiments were carried out in the College of Physical Education and Yichun College of Yangtze University.Conclusion:(1)through two rounds of teaching experiments,it is proved that the experience teaching mode is successful in the course of "basketball theory and practice".The students are fully satisfied with the experience teaching method and are willing to accept it,which shows that the experience teaching method can arouse the enthusiasm of students and increase their interest in basketball study.(2)through the experiment of the students of 2016 and 2017 basketball selective classes in Yangtze University and Yichun College,the Test Group and the Control Group of the two schools have significant differences in the application of basketball skills and tactics,referees on-the-spot referees,coaches on-the-spot command,p 0.01,the test group of the two schools,the control group before and after the experiment,p 0.01 has significant differences.(3)the experience teaching model of cultivating the practice ability of basketball specialty is carefully designed,the role is determined in an orderly way,the role is experienced by students independently,and the effective interaction between teachers and students in the classroom enhances the effectiveness of teaching and learning.(4)the experience teaching mode of cultivating the practice ability of basketball specialty takes the students as the main body,the teaching system of the teacher corresponds to the learning system of the students,and combines the self-control of the students with the external control of the teachers by means of the feedback of the teaching evaluation,which ensures the directionality and validity of the teaching behavior,and the practice ability of the students has really been improved.
