College Students' Network Responsibility Consciousness From The Perspective Of We-Media Problem Research

With the rapid development of social networking platforms such as WeChat,Weibo,and Headlines,the influence of the media has become more comprehensive and profound.General present Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to use the information revolution,to enlarge and strengthen the mainstream of public opinion,to consolidate the common ideological basis for the united struggle of the entire party and the people of the whole country,and to bring the entire people together in an ideal,belief,value,and moral concept.Let the positive energy be stronger and higher.It is the "new seedling" force for socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Under the new historical conditions,with the frequent occurrence of college students' behaviors of network behavior,it is an urgent problem to strengthen the awareness of college students' network responsibility based on we-media.On the basis of carefully combing the corresponding laws and regulations of the country and related literatures at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concept of we media,responsibility consciousness,college students' network responsibility consciousness and its corresponding theoretical basis,and adopts questionnaire survey method for Hebei Province.Some college students have conducted research,and through research and analysis,it is concluded that the status quo of network responsibility of most college students from the perspective of we-media is good,but some college students still have Pan-entertainment tendency,Individualism,inconsistency and other issues.And using the combination of analysis and synthesis,induction and deduction to analyze the results of questionnaire survey,this paper deeply discusses the causes of the lack of network responsibility consciousness of college students from the perspective of we-media,and draws the limitations of college students' personal factors.The insufficiency of college students' network responsibility education,the cause of the characteristics of the media itself and the impact of social adverse environmental factors are the main causes of its problems.Based on the in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the network responsibility consciousness of college students from the perspectives of college students,college education,we-media network environment and social environment: firstly,improve the we-media of college students Media literacy and network responsibility awareness;followed by updating thenetwork responsibility awareness education system;once again purifying the we-media network environment;and finally improving the social environment.Since the we-media is the product of the continuous innovation of the Internet,through the research on the we-media and college students' sense of network responsibility,this paper explores the countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' lack of network responsibility consciousness,and strives to guide the students to use the media tools scientifically and rationally to enhance the network responsibility consciousness of college students.To promote the free and comprehensive development of college students,and to help the country's network powers and the "Internet +" action construction advancement.
