Study On The Status And Measures To The Development Of International Exchange And Cooperation In Local Agricultural Universities

In recent years,the Ministry of Education has put forward a number of talents training plans for agricultural universities,which including encouraging agricultural universities to cultivate high-level and international talents who are oriented towards modernization,the world and the future.It can be seen that the development of international exchange and cooperation in local agricultural universities is not only the trend of the times,but also the only way to realize the development of agricultural universities by leaps and internationalization.The main contents as follows:The first part is about the literature review and historical elaboration.By reading and analyzing the previous studies,this paper firstly understands the connotation of internationalization of higher education and international exchange and cooperation of higher education,and the relationship between them.Then,this paper expounds the motivation and policies of domestic and foreign experts study on the internationalization of higher education.This paper also summaries the whole situation that domestic experts study on the international exchanges and cooperation in Chinese universities,and organizes the the status quo and developing strategy of the international exchange and cooperation of agricultural universities in China.By collecting the related data,this paper secondly discusses and sorts out the historical process and developing trend of international exchange and cooperation of higher education in China,and Jiangxi province.Therefore,this paper narrates the local agricultural university is one of the important part of developing international exchange.Then this part narrates five forms of international exchange and cooperation for local agricultural universities,and explains the necessity of that development.The second part is about the analysis of the case.This paper selects Jiangxi A university as the research object.Firstly,this study sorts out the development of international exchange and cooperation in Jiangxi A University.Secondly,the basic situation and the existed problems of the development of international exchange and cooperation in Jiangxi A University is analyzed from the aspects of international students' education,students' foreign exchange,cooperation of running school etc.Then the external opportunities and challenges that university will grasp and face in the future development of international exchange and cooperation will be analyzed.Finally,based on the development characteristics of local agricultural universities and from the analysis above all,this study puts forward some countermeasures for the development of international exchange and cooperation in local agricultural universities,which aims to sums up a scientific structure of countermeasures for other local agricultural universities from the general problem in developing international exchange and cooperation.
