Research On Social Work Involvement In Social Assistance Service

Since the reform and opening up in China,the social vulnerable groups caused by the gap between the rich and the poor caused by various complex reasons have aroused the general concern of the whole society.With the development of economy and the promotion of a series of anti-poverty actions,great changes have taken place in the problem of urban poverty,and the poverty situation,which was difficult to maintain the basic living conditions in the past,has been alleviated.However,poverty is a dynamic and relative phenomenon.After the alleviation of survival poverty,a large number of families in cities and towns are still living in difficulties.In order to improve the quality of rescue services for families in need of cities and towns,on the one hand,the Chinese government has established a comprehensive society led by the government.At the same time,the rescue system actively mobilizes other social subjects to intervene in the management of urban poverty,and constantly establishes and perfects the new social assistance service model,which combines government assistance with social forces.In this regard,through the way that the government buys social work services,we should give full play to the professional advantages of social work institutions and social workers in social assistance services,and introduce the professional concepts and methods and skills of social work into social assistance services.Continue to expand the connotation and extension of social assistance services.Social work is involved in the social assistance services of urban families with difficulties,paying attention to people-oriented,emphasizing the concept of assistance from a developmental perspective,paying more attention to the ability development of individuals and the integration of social resources,so as to make social assistance work more flexible.More targeted.Based on this,this paper takes the difficult families in A town of Taicang City as an example,combined with the practical work experience of the project of"socialization of social assistance"and the analysis of related literature.In the first chapter,through the search of relevant literature,this paper combs the previous research on social work intervention in the field of social assistance,looks for the entry point of this study,and analyzes the society.In the second chapter,the paper studies the concept of the intervention of the family and the social work in the cities and towns,and studies the subject through the use of the literature method,the interview method and the participation observation method,based on the theory of increasing energy and the social support network theory;and in the second chapter,The situation and demand of difficult families in A town were collected and analysed through field visits to 67 special hardship,low-security and low-security-edge families in the"social assistance socialization"of the R-social workers' service.The necessity of social work intervention is answered from the problems and problems existing in the field of social assistance in our country,and the professional advantages of social work intervention and the society of Taicang The development of the meeting work analyzes the feasibility of intervention;the third chapter,through the case work intervention cases of difficult families and the implementation cases of group work intervention,introduces the intervention service process of urban difficult families.The fourth chapter,combined with the intervention practice of social assistance service,respectively,from the difficulty of linking rescue service resources,the lack of continuity of relief service,The ethical dilemma caused by the conflict of social worker loyalty and the lack of social worker rescue service ability are put forward in four aspects:the realistic dilemma of social work intervention in social assistance service.The fifth chapter is to target the intervention dilemma,link the service resources,optimize the design and extend the service cycle of the project.And put forward corresponding suggestions on the four aspects of strengthening the professional ethics value of the social work and strengthening the construction of the full-time social worker.Finally,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of this paper,and perfects the relevant research,and encourages more social workers and scholars to go into the practical process of the social assistance service,so as to make the social assistance service more operational and intelligent.
