Research On Social Work Intervention Of Mutual Assistance For The Aged In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the rapid development of social economy,the speed of population aging is accelerating,and the number of empty nest families and disabled elderly families in urban communities is increasing,the old-age care problem has become a difficult problem for modern families and even the society in China.The inheritance of "filial piety" culture in China leads to the monotonous endowment mode,that is,home-based endowment.However,the closed and passive old-age care at home cannot meet the needs of active aging of the elderly,and new old-age care methods are needed to solve this problem.Mutual support for the aged is a new type of comprehensive home care for the aged,community care for the aged and institutional care for the aged under the background of aging.Different from home-based care,mutual care for the aged is an important mode for the organic combination of formal and informal care system in society.It contains the hierarchical mutual assistance concept extended from the support network of relatives,friends and acquaintances of the elderly to the elderly strangers in the society,and emphasizes the subjective initiative of the elderly.It can not only make the elderly passively and passively "supported" into active participation in the elderly care services and activities related to their own,while helping others,but also enable the elderly to enrich their life in old age,so that they can make use of their old age.Based on active aging as a theoretical perspective,this paper USES its health,participation,and guarantee the three dimensions,the framework of mutual community support services for the city the way social workers to use their professional intervention,on the basis of demand of urban community elderly service plan formulation,the flexibility to the three major methods applied to the practice of service,with consolidation and well versed in,exploring in the active aging under the perspective of social work in the city in terms of the practice of a mutual community support and results.
