Research On The Present Situation And Promotion Strategy Of University Education Management Informationization In Sichuan Province

The informationization of university education management is an important part of the future development of university management in our country,and is an important part of the modernization of education management.In promoting the informatization of educational management,there are significant regional differences in China's universities.Sichuan Province is located in the western part of China.The progress of informationization in education and management in Sichuan universities and colleges is of great significance for promoting the modernization of higher education in Sichuan.Through the analysis of literature,starting from the connotation of informationization of education management,the research status and development trend of university education management informatization at home and abroad are introduced.The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the status quo of education management informationization in five universities and colleges in Sichuan Province in terms of infrastructure,resources and applications,and management informationization.Then,through statistics and analysis of data,the five major problems in the informationization of education management in these colleges and universities have been summarized: lack of understanding of educational management informationization,lack of system planning,lack of a sharing mechanism,lack of collaborative innovation,Re-management of light services.The reasons for the analysis mainly include: lack of understanding of education management informationization,lack of top-level design,imperfect construction system,weak ability of staff participation in information construction,and lack of people-oriented guiding ideology.Drawing lessons from the informatization case of college education management at home and abroad,based on the actual situation of Sichuan universities,the tactics for the development of educational management in colleges and universities have been put forward in five aspects: establishing the concept of educational management development in theinformation era;strengthening the informationization of educational management in colleges and universities The top-level design of the university is to improve the construction of the university's education management information system;promote the collaborative development of educational management information;and create an information management sharing platform for education management.Through the study of this article,it is expected to provide useful reference for the development of education management informationization in colleges and universities that have participated in the survey and universities with similar problems in the country.
