Application Of Sns Management Informationization In The Universities

Education, management and services of universities for students are facing a huge challenge, requirements and difficulties of these work are increasing.The work of information management for college students has made development and progress, but still problems and deficiencies must also continue to reform and improve.SNS (social network service) is a Internet application service to help people build social networks. SNS is a new form in the process of development of the Internet.By it,people’s social relations are been incorporated into the Internet. According to the characteristics and needs of the people, relying on their social relations, it can re-organization and rebuild these informations. SNS can build an equal, open, decentralized communication platform for the user. Useing SNS, people can be more convenient to publish information, share content, participate in the evaluation, discussion and exchange of learning, living, emotional and social issues. Through the various relations intertexture, SNS can form a huge information knowledge production and communication system.Taking Zhongshan College as an example, this paper use the methods of interviews, questionnaire survey, analysis and summarize to carry out research.First, it sort out the theoretical knowledge of the SNS and student information management. Then study the data of students using SNS, made a careful analysis of the problem and deficiency of student information management.According to the demand for change, analysis the necessity and feasibility of application.Finally, from the five aspects of building a harmonious culture of the campus network, to carry out ideological and political education, the establishment of the new platform for exchanges of teachers and students, life guidance and counseling for college students, as well as employment guidance and to build a new recruitment platform, it conduct in-depth study on the practical application of the SNS, and give more feasible ideas and methods.
