The Research Of The Innovation And Development Of Educational Management Information System(EMIS)in University Under Big Data Circumstance

The third industrial revolution brought us into the "information age".The new scientific and technological revolution marked by "informatization" is developing rapidly.During this period,the information construction of colleges and universities has greatly promoted the development of education,and has brought great changes in teaching methods,teaching methods,educational ideas,educational system and so on.This change is both an opportunity and a challenge.all colleges and universities should conform to the requirements of the times and establish a more effective and brand new resource integration model in education,scientific research and other aspects,which is an innovation of educational management.It should involve many aspects of innovation,such as management ideas,management methods,management content,management organizations,etc..In colleges and universities,the object of management should also be innovative.It is necessary and possible to innovate every post and management object of the university.Under the circumstance of information education,the education and teaching management in Colleges and universities has new characteristics and new development direction.In order to explore the nature of education management information,this paper used the method of comparative analysis and literature retrieval method,from which we get a result that the information technology play a great role in the education management of Colleges and universities.On the basis of the research,higher requirements was put on the management of educational informationization in Colleges and Universities.In addition to the flexibility and virtualization,information management in higher education institutions should also have the characteristics of openness,interaction and cooperation.However,at present,there are many problems in the ICT and the information management of many colleges and universities which include the application of information management software is not running smoothly,the management is weak,the education management organization structure is confused,the teachers and students' informationliteracy is not high and so on.Therefore,this paper proposes to reform the education management information,and puts forward The new idea of constructing the teaching mode based on information management which include strengthening the construction of education management information standard system,establishing information CIO education and management mechanism,promoting the effective integration of educational management information system,improving the overall information literacy education management,establishing and promoting education information management and building the new teaching mode based on it.the paper also points out the key of management innovation is reforming and perfecting the traditional educational management mechanism,building the management environment,and strengthening the information literacy of educational administrators.
