Professional Social Work Embedded In Community Youth Service Research

Under the background of continuous professionalization and standardization of community public services,contemporary young people are the reserve forces of the future society.The services traditionally provided by them are no longer able to meet the increasingly complex and diversified needs for survival and development,and are urgently needed in the new situation.Get more professional social work services.This paper takes the embedded theory as a theoretical guide.In the aspect of professional social work embedded in the development of community youth services,this paper first integrates theoretical and practical research on professional social work embedding and relevant literature on the status of development of community youth services in China.Based on this,the five community youth exchanges in Xicheng District were selected for exploratory research.Researchers put "professional social work embedded in the path and existing problems of community youth services" as the core issue of the study.Through combing,analyzing and summing up related experiences,they provide suggestions for the development of professional social work embedded community youth services in other regions.This study adopted qualitative research methods,taking into account the research objectives and research review and analysis.The researchers used the objective sampling method as the sampling method,and selected the community youth meeting the research purpose as the research object.Through the observation and collection of data in the previous period,the researchers later conducted semi-structured interviews with the young social workers of the five communities in Xicheng District.The sample size is five.According to the service activities provided by community youth youth for community youths in the previous period,information was collected and interview syllabus was designed;according to semi-structured interviews and community youth social workers,in-depth exchanges were conducted to collect first-hand information required for research.By sorting out the interview data of the five community youth social workers in Xicheng District,and using the embedded theory of professional social work as a research perspective,this paper analyzes the effective path of Xicheng District Community Youth Embedding into community youth services.Researchers have found that professional social work can go beyond the existing areas where traditional community youth services do not involve and supplement the range of services provided by traditional community youth.For the purpose of embedding community youth services in professional social work,the researchers found that the process of community-based young people living in Xicheng District is very complicated and there are certain problems.From the perspective of specific services at the micro level,over-representation,self-neutralization,and lack of professional capabilities have made the management of the meso-level system more intensive in terms of multiple management and administration,affecting the smooth implementation of professional social work.In view of existing problems and dilemmas,the researchers suggested that first,rationalization of management organizations;second,benignization of cooperation mechanisms;third,autonomy of operationalcapabilities;and fourth,in-depth professional services.The trend we expect is that professional social work and traditional community youth services can make up for the advantages and functions of each other,reconstruct social services,and improve the quality of services for young people in the community.The multi-subjects can achieve a virtuous circle of interactive mechanisms,better Meet the needs of diversified growth and development of contemporary youth.
