Empirical Research About The Idle Youth Outreach Social Work Services Of Fuzhou XX Youth Affairs Service Center

As one of the field of Social Work, adolescent social work is very important. The model exploration about adolescent social work need to combine with the current situation and national conditions. The results of the model exploration have relationship between the comprehensive development of domestic social work. In recent years, China’s economic and cultural exchanges have a sudden unprecedented. In this context, various factors are interwined, and to promote the domestic idle youth groups more and more, and the social problems caused also more and more serious. Therefore, the paper brings forward a set of effective for idle adolescent social work method is of great significance.Through the literature research and field research, I analyses the status of the teenagers idle origin characteristics and so on various aspects information. On this basis, through to the analysis and learning about Hong Kong’s outreach social work service experience, combined with the analysis of outreach social work service experience gathered from working in one domestic social work professional institutions, I try to figure out a set to conform to the domestic idle adolescent social work method. Namely mainland idle youth service experience of outreach social work.This set of experience research include four aspects------the experience research of the system level, the experience research of the technical level, the experience research of fixed model, the experience research of the development of the social work’s professional values. Tries to draw the results of experience research about mainland China idle youth outreach service, provided some practical experience for adolescent social work, and did my bit to promote the social work localization.
