A Study On The Practice Of Youth Social Work In Community A In Beijing

This study mainly discusses the status of youth social work services in rural community A in Beijing,and expects to understand the origin and evolution of youth services in Beijing A community from experiences related to multi-party subjects and services involved in service provision,focusing on allround research and interpretation of the social work services for young people in the A community as a main form of after-school “half past three” service,this will provide a useful reference for the long-term development of youth social work services in rural areas.This study adopts the paradigm of case studies in qualitative research and collects data in three ways: observation method,interview method,and document data analysis method.The time for the B Foundation to enter the A community develops into logic.Through the B Foundation in the A community.The content of the services provided in the early,middle and later stages of the service was described,and the writing of the research discovery section was completed.The service provided by the B Foundation for the A community was found to have experienced everything from “Student Coaching + Quality Education” to “Student Coaching + Quality Education + Social Work Service” has analyzed the research findings from the aspects of service subject and content,service management and operation,service effectiveness and service existing problems.Through the summarization and analysis of research findings,this study draws the following conclusions: A.The changes in youth community services reflect the transformation of domestic youth services from non-professional to professional;the “social organization + social worker/volunteer + community” model is launched.Rural youth services are provided for reference;the professionalism of youth social work services needs to be improved.Through in-depth consideration of the research conclusions,the following research proposals are proposed: publicizing the concept of social workers and promoting the professionalization of youth services;exploring government-led,social organization participation models to provide services for young people in rural communities;drafting social service standards for young people and improving the professionalism of services.
