| Objective1.To investigate the effect of weight loss surgery on adolescent patients undergoing one-year hospitalization for weight loss and improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes.2.To study the long-term efficacy of complications of bariatric surgery worldwide.Method1.From January 2010 to September 2018,111 adolescent obese patients underwent laparoscopic bariatric surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, including 30 cases of laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(LRYGB)Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)in 81 cases.Retrospectively analyze the changes of the patient’s body mass index and glucose metabolism level within 1 year after surgery.2.Search the literature on the long-term postoperative effects of adolescents through literature and integrate the literature for meta-analysis to analyze the long-term effects of bariatric surgery on adolescent patients.Results1.One year after operation,LRYGB and LSG effectively reduced the patient’ s BMI,and the%EWL after LSG was larger than that of RYGB;both the operation methods at 6 months and 1 year after operation effectively reduced the patient’ s C peptide, glycated hemoglobin, and serum Insulin levels. Moreover, the RYGB reduced the level of glycated hemoglobin more than the LSG;both procedures were effective in reducing the patient’s blood lipid levels 6 months after surgery, and there was no difference in lipid-lowering ability between the two groups, but the lipid metabolism did not improve significantly after 1 year.2.After more than 5 years of follow-up,bariatric surgery can effectively reduce the weight of young patients;the weight loss effect of RYGB,postoperative reoperation rate and follow-up mortality rate are better than the AGB group in the choice of bariatric surgery.Compared with AGB,RYGB is better for adolescents and has fewer complications.Conclusion1.LRYGB and LSG can effectively reduce the weight of adolescent obesity patients, and LSG has a better weight loss effect. Both procedures can also effectively improve the short-term postoperative glucose metabolism of adolescent obesity patients, and the effect of LRYGB is better. Two procedures can improve lipid metabolism in adolescent obese patients after 6 months, but the effect of 1 year is still unclear.2.In general, bariatric surgery can reduce the weight of adolescent obese patients for a long time;RYGB is better than AGB in weight loss, postoperative reoperation rate and postoperative follow-up mortality;under strict indications,RYGB can be used as a recommended surgical method for adolescent obese patients. |
