Clinical Study Of Jianpi Huayu Prescription For Rapid Recovery After Laparoscopic Appendectomy

Research objectives:To evaluate the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Prescription on rapid recovery treatment after laparoscopic appendectomy,and to preliminarily discuss its mechanism of action,and to explore the advantages of traditional western medicine combined with Jianpi Huayu Prescription on rapid recovery treatment after laparoscopic appendectomy,so as to enrich the application and promotion of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment in general surgery.Research methods:Choose between January 2019 and February 2020 in the general surgery ward of Wuqing Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,and accepted Laparoscopic appendectomy under general anesthesia(Laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)in patients with 60 cases,by random grouping,all patients were divided into trial group and control group 30 cases each.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,such as anti-infection,fluid supplementation and nutritional support,while the experimental group added Jianpi Huayu Prescription on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The observation course of treatment was set as 5 days in both groups,and there was no statistical difference in gender,age,intraoperative blood loss and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Observe the bowel sounds recovery time after operation,the first anus exhaust time,the first anal defecation time,the WBC count before and after the operation on the 3rd day,hospitalization days and TCM syndrome score,and compare the differences between the two groups.Research results:1.According to statistical analysis,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in postoperative bowel sounds recovery time,the first anal exhaust and defecation time,the WBC count on the third day after the surgery,and hospitalization days,etc.(P <0.05),and the test group was better than the control group.2.After statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference between thetwo groups in the total score of TCM syndrome and the score of nausea and vomiting syndrome on the first day after operation(P>0.05),but the test group was better than the control group in the total score of TCM syndrome and the score of nausea and vomiting syndrome on the third and fifth days after operation,as well as the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distention and fatigue syndrome on the first,third and fifth days after operation,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation of the two groups total effective rate reached 100%,the treatment group cure rate was 26.67%,the efficiency was 70%,effective rate was 3.33%,the control group cure rate was 6.67%,the efficiency was73.33%,effective rate of 20%.After statistics analysis,the difference between two groups syndrome efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine group with statistical significance(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.Research conclusions:On the whole,the Jianpi Huayu Prescription on the conventional treatment of western medicine can significantly promote the rapid recovery of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy,reduce the pain of patients,and at the same time can shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the economic burden of society and patients’ families,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
