Objective:The retrospective cohort study was used to analyze the western medicine treatment group and Xiaoyao powder plus subtraction combined with western medicine treatment group of patients with liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome after breast cancer operation, and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment schemes, and to provide relevant evidence support for optimizing the treatment plan of patients with liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome after breast cancer operation. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to select postoperative breast cancer patients with liver depression and qi stagnation who were admitted to the Department of Thoracic surgery and Oncology of Wuyi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangmen City from September30,2009 to September 30,2019.According to the different treatment plans, the patients were divided into western medicine treatment group and Xiaoyao powder plus and minus western medicine treatment group. The data that were extracted from the medical records of the patients during hospitalization and outpatient after following up the patients were created a database. The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 23.0.The test level of all statistical analysis wasα=0.05(P<0.05).Results:1.A total of 153 female patients with breast cancer were included, aged between 27 and74 years old,of which there were more patients in the between 41 and 60-year-old group, suggesting that the age of breast cancer in the 153 patients collected was between 41 and 60years old. There were no significant differences in age between the two groups(P>0.05).In further aspects, the balance between the two groups was reliable and comparable. 2.The results of university and multivariate analysis affecting the total survival time of postoperative breast cancer patients were as follows:the relative risk of pathological type was25.92(95%CI:4.99-134.71),the relative risk of clinical stage was 2.11(95%CI:1.27-3.52),and the relative risk of treatment was 0.52(95%CI:0.27-1.00).It is therefore proposed that Xiaoyao powder combined with western medicine is better than western medicine alone. It shows that the mode of treatment is the independent protective factor affecting survival, and the pathological type and clinical stage are independent risk factors affecting survival.3.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that the relative risk of pathological type was 18.44(95%CI:3.86-88.17)and that of clinical stage was 2.19(95%CI:1.33-3.61),indicating that pathological type and clinical stage were independent risk factors affecting progression-free survival.4.The total average survival time of patients in Xiaoyao powder plus western medicine treatment group was(90.91±8.71)months,and that in western medicine treatment group was(64.75±4.88)months.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.9,P=0.048).It is therefore proposed that Xiaoyao powder plus and subtraction combined with western medicine treatment can prolong the survival time. The average progression-free survival time was(55.92±3.44)months in the western medicine group and(89.67±10.42)months in the Xiaoyao powder plus western medicine treatment group(χ2=2.451,P=0.117).The difference was not statistically significant, suggesting that Xiaoyao powder combined with western medicine treatment can affect the progression-free survival period. 5.The 1st,3rdand 5thyear survival rates of the western medicine group were 88%,67%and55%respectively,while those of the Xiaoyao powder plus subtraction combined with western medicine treatment group were 98%,83%and 62%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The retrospective survival analysis shows that the total survival time of postoperative patients with breast cancer is associated with pathological type, clinical stage and treatment mode.Xiaoyao Powder plus subtraction combined with western medicine treatment is greater than western medicine treatment, and it is an independent protective factor affecting survival.Pathological type and clinical stage is sovereign risk factors affecting survival.Xiaoyao Powder plus subtraction prescription combined with western medicine treatment can prolong the total survival time of postoperative breast cancer patients and increase the 5-year survival rate of postoperative patients. |
