| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Addition and subtraction of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with radiotherapy on patients with endometrial cancer of liver stagnation and blood heat type after operation.Methods:Research samples were 60 cases of endometrial cancer of liver stagnation and blood heat type which selected from postoperative patients between April 2019 and January 2020 and were treated with Department of gynecological radiotherapy of Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Harbin Medical University and Oncology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups consist of the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.All patients were treated according to the treatment plan.Evaluated indicators respectively of before treatment and after the intracavitary radiotherapy of 4 weeks and after the whole treatment of 8 weeks.This test was aiming at observing the Changes of patients’ condition before and after treatment in each group.Sorting out the relevant effective evaluation data and making statistical analysis.Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:1.In the comparison of Tumor marker CA125,CA199.The concentration of treatment group and control group were decreased after 4-week treatment and 8-week treatment.The reduction of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the comparison of TCM syndrome integral.The score of treatment group and control group were decreased after 4-week treatment and 8-week treatment.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the comparison of KPS score.the total effective rate of the two groups was improved.But the improvement of the treatment group(96.7%)was higher than that of the control group(80.0%).The difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).4.In the comparison of Self-rating Anxiety Scale.The total scores of both groups decreased.And the reduction of the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the comparison of radiation damage.the treatment group was better than the control group in bone marrow inhibition,lower gastrointestinal tract abnormality,urogenital system abnormality andskin and mucous membrane injury(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Addition and subtraction of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with radiotherapy can reduce tumor markers CA125 and CA199 of patients with endometrial cancer of liver stagnation and blood heat type after operation.2.This program can improve the patients’ Karnofsky score,improve quality of life and relieve clinical symptoms,relieve anxiety of patients with endometrial cancer of liver stagnation and blood heat type after operation.3.Addition and subtraction of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder can reduce the acute radiation injury. |
