| Purpose:To understand the current situation of ovarian aging in patients with ovarian dysfunction as well as analyzing its influencing factors,providing reference for delaying ovarian aging and formulating personalized prevention strategies.Methods:1.Qualitative research: Taking the theory of knowledge-attitude-practice as the framework content,10 patients with ovarian dysfunction were selected for semi-structured interviews.Phenomenological analysis method was adopted to organize and analyze data,literature review and clinical expert opinions were combined to form a preliminary draft of the questionnaire;2.Experts enquiry: 15 experts in clinical medicine,clinical nursing and nursing education were selected.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the questionnaire was modified.The final draft of the questionnaire was formed after expert opinions were unified,then the presurvey was conducted and the language was adjusted;3.Reliability and validity test: The convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate 100 patients with ovarian dysfunction who were admitted to a Three Level of First-class women's insurance hospital in Jiangxi Province from May to November in 2018.The items of the questionnaire were screened,and the reliability and validity test was conducted.The retained items formed the final draft of the knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire on ovarian aging;4.Investigation of the present situation: The general information questionnaire and the knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire on ovarian aging were used as tools to facilitate the selection of 260 patients from December in 2018 to December in 2019.SPSS 20.0 software was used for data statistical analysis,and descriptive statistics(Where normal distribution data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation,and non-normal distribution data are counted as quartile),one-way AVOVA and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the present situation and its influencing factors.The frequency and rate were used to analyzethe need of health education indifferent age groups.Results:1.By consulting literature and listening to clinical experts' opinions,the first draft of questionnaire on ovarian aging was formed,with 39 items in 3 dimensions;2.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,a total of 15 items were deleted and 8 items were modified,forming 3 dimensions and the final draft of 30 items.The three dimensions of S-CVI/Ave of knowledge,attitude and behavior were 0.944,0.950 and 0.925,respectively.The I-CVI of each item is 0.867-1.000.The reliability of the 3 questionnaires was 0.867;3.According to the survey,the knowledge dimension(risk factors)ranked the first among all the items in the score of knowledge,attitude and practice of patients with ovarian aging was(2.25±0.35).The items were followed by the behavioral dimension(1.33±0.28).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of ovarian senescence were age,number of miscarriages,irregular duration of menstruation and treatment time in the department;4.The health needs of patients aged 25-35 years old were followed by fertility guidance(80.9%),high-risk industries affecting ovarian function decline(75.6%)and risk factors(72.9%).In the 25-35 age group,the demand for knowledge was concentrated on the medical staff(81.0%)and the network platform(76.5%).The health needs of patients aged 36-45 were followed by adverse health consequences(78.3%),fertility guidance(78.2%)and risk factors(68.2%),with the highest demand for knowledge coming from medical staff(79.4%)and online platforms(78.9%),respectively.The health needs of patients over 45 years old were followed by adverse health consequences(80.3%),risk factors(79.2%)and treatment methods(75.6%),and the access to knowledge was favored by medical staff(80.4%)and patients(78.6%).Conclusion:1.The reliability and validity of the knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire on ovarian aging are good enough to evaluate the knowledge,attitude and present behavior of patients with ovarian dysfunction.2.The knowledge,attitude and behavior of patients with ovarian dysfunction need to be improved,and the age,the number of abortions and the irregular duration of menstruation are the main influencing factors.3.Individualized health education intervention model can be adopted in complementary treatment for patients with aging ovarian hypofunctionin different ages. |
