A Study On The Regularity Of Drug Use In The Treatment Of Proteinuria By Yu’s And Sun’s Academic School

Purpose:Collected and sorted out the clinical cases of treating Proteinuria in Yu’s and Sun’s academic schools,explored the rules and characteristics of treating proteinuria,finally-summarized the clinical experience and academic thought of Yu and Sun’s school in treating Proteinuria.Methods:We collected and sorted out the relevant literature and medical records of Yu’s and Sun’s Nephrology School for treating Proteinuria,and introduced the prescription into the auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese Medicine(V2.5).Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,etc.,are carried out through the analysis function of data mining.We analysed the law of differentiation and treatment and the method characteristics of treating proteinuria in Yu’s and Sun’s schools,summarizes the clinical syndrome differentiation and the law of medication,and summarizes the academic thoughts of Yu’s and Sun’s schools.Results :1.Statistics of syndrome distribution: 615 prescriptions were recorded in this study.The distribution of syndrome showed that the most common type of Proteinuria was spleenkidney Qi deficiency syndrome(28%),followed by blood stasis syndrome(22%),dampheat syndrome(21%),water-dampness syndrome(11%),kidney-yin-yang deficiency syndrome(10%)and qi-yin deficiency syndrome(8%).2.High-frequency drug analysis: In the prescription of treating Albuminuria,the top ten Chinese herbs used frequently are Radix Astragali,Tuckahoe,Ghost Arrow Feather,Dried Tangerine Peel,Yam,Stir-fried Atractylodes Macrocephala,Amomum Villosum,Saposhnii,Dipsacus Root,Angelica Root.Of all the herbs,tonic(23.41%),diuretic(14.42%),activating blood circulation and removing stasis(13.01%),heat-clearing(9.72%)accounted for the most,with a total of 60.56%.Among them,the most frequently used drugs for invigorating Qi(55.07%),the most frequently used drugs for removing water and dampness(62.24%),and the most frequently used drugs for removing blood stasis(54.81%),antipyretic antidotes(43.62%)were the most frequently used in antipyretic drugs.3.According to the statistics of the drug taste and meridian,in the prescription of treating Proteinuria,the drugs used are mainly warm,cold and flat,mainly sweet,bitter and acrid,mainly liver and Spleen Meridians,followed by lung and Kidney Meridians.4.Formula Analysis: The core prescription for treating Proteinuria is composed of 15 herbs,such as Astragalus Membranaceus,Poria Cocos,Chinese Yam,Amomum Villosum,Dried Tangerine Peel,Ghost Arrow Feather,Stir-fried Atractylodes Macrocephala,Dogwood,Dipsacus,Hawthorn,Leech,Thistle,Saposhnikovia Divaricata.5.Entropy clustering new square analysis: based on entropy clustering Algorithm to get 9 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions,and on this basis clustering derived 4 new square combination.Prescription 1 is composed of Aconitum root,Cyperus Rotundus.It is suitable for the syndrome of cold condensation and qi stagnation.Prescription 2 is composed of Artemisia Annua,Fried Turtle Shell,Raw Rehmannia.It is suitable for the syndrome of yin deficiency and internal heat.In prescription 3,Stiff Silkworm,Rhubarb,CICADA Slough can ascend clear qi and descending dense qi,dispersewind and clear heat;Ligustrum Lucidum and Herba Ecliptae can ecliptae liver and kidney;Wood Incense,Betel Nut,Rhubarb Stagnation can promote stagnation of wi by promoting qi circulation.Prescription 4 is composed of Angelica Sinensis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Semen Persicae.It is suitable for blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusions:1.Academic schools in Yu and SunShi believe that proteinuria is mainly due to deficiency of spleen and kidney Qi,with damp heat and stasis;Clinical treatment advocates that while invigorating spleen and kidney,we should pay attention to promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness,strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil;In the treatment of this disease,tonic drugs,blood circulation promoting drugs,antipyretic drugs,diuresis and dampness eliminating drugs are used;Common core combinations are Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Chinese yam,Amomum villosum,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,Euonymus japonicus,fried atractylodes,Cornus officinalis,Teasel root,Hawthorn,Hirudo,Cirsium japonicum,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Dioscorea nipponica and Massa Medicata Fermentata.2.By means of data mining,the medical records and common prescriptions of academic schools can be comprehensively analyzed,and the objective and scientific results can be summarized,and the new prescriptions obtained from the analysis can provide the basis for clinical medication.
