Healths is an important direction of deepening the reform of our country,improve the service level of physicians,strictly regulate the medical diagnosis service process,reduce the cost of medical diagnostic services for patients,has become the target of many hospitals.SZ Central Hospital as a public welfare medical diagnosis and treatment institutions,after years of development and improvement,has become one of the important institutions of medical and health care in SZ city.At present,there are some problems in the SZ central hospital physician performance assessment,survey found that through the use of questionnaires,the current performance appraisal methods of SZ central hospital using the included KPI,the balanced scorecard method,these methods usually lead to profit oriented,performance appraisal and physician hospital purposes do not match,causing a lot of problems SZ the central hospital physician performance assessment,the strategic goal of these problems include the purpose of performance appraisal and the hospital there is a deviation,the lack of an effective performance appraisal index,the main performance is also very simple,performance appraisal cycle settings are also very unreasonable,performance appraisal form,is not conducive to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of SZ central hospital.In order to solve the above problems,RBRVS method is introduced to strengthen the evaluation of doctors,physicians to consume resources as the basis,using the relative value as the standard payment of physician performance salary,objective evaluation for patients with diagnosis and treatment project,the quantitative model of physician performance evaluation.At the same time,this paper determines the performance appraisal process,cycle and subject system,improve physician performance evaluation indexes and weights,strengthen the physician performance assessment results feedback and application effectiveness,strict implementation,better scientific and reasonable evaluation of physician performance.Finally,in order to establish an efficient organizational structure,the performance appraisal committee and the Secretariat,specifically the implementation of performance appraisal,and clear organizational goals and strategic planning,strengthen performance management training,establish and improve the whole performance management system,performance management in the Gou Jianji appeal system and construct the performance management and feedback system,ensure the performance management assessment a fair,just and open,to improve the working enthusiasm of doctors.
