Objective To compared the level difference of vitamin D between of male patients with refractory recurrent aphthous ulcers(RAU)and healthy man,and to explore clinical effect to supplementing different vitamin D preparations for adjuvant treatment of RAU.Method 119 male RAU patients at aged 18~60 years and 120 healthy male healthy of the same age group were selected. They were stratified by age(18~44)years,45~60 years),Testing RAU patients and healthy people serum levels of 25(OH)D3 and analyzed to see if there were any differences. At age of 18~45 years old RAU male patients with vitamin D deficiency, deficiency and severe deficiency were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given OLP basic drug and Langdi calcium, while the treatment group was given OLP basic drug,Langdi calcium and alfacalcidol. The systemic clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed at 3 and 6 months after treatment.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the efficacy of the two groups of subjects. Results There was no significant difference in serum vitamin D levels between RAU patients in the youth group(18-44 years old)and in the middle-aged group(45-60 years old),but the serum vitamin D levels in RAU patients in both groups were significantly lower than normal healthy people, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After six consecutive months different vitamin D supplement preparation after the intervention, control group and treatment group can improve the level of vitamin D,the treatment group of improving level on vitamin D levels, treatment period always break extension, ulcer reduced Numbers of total,is better than that of control group, after treatment the overall effective rate(85.7%)is better than that of control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The incidence of vitamin D deficiency in refractory RAU male patients is higher, suggesting that the occurrence of RAU may be related to the deficiency in vitamin D.The effect of active vitamin D preparation(alfalctin)combined with Landi calcium in the treatment of RAU is better than that of Langdi calcium alone, which is more conducive to improving the condition of RAU patients.
