Objective:To study the clinical value of tracheobronchial tuberculosis interventional therapy under electronic bronchoscopy and to provide some empirical guidance for clinicians working in respiratory medicine for better serving patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 72 tracheobronchial tuberculosis patients undergoing interventional treatment in the bronchoscopy room or day operation room of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2018 to November 2019,including21 males and 51 females. All patients underwent endoscopic treatment(including balloon dilation, cryosurgery, etc.)on the basis of regular oral anti-tuberculosis drugs, and analyzed the efficacy before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 84.72%(61/72).Among them,26 patients with scar stenosis had a tracheal inner diameter(2.79±0.97)smaller than that after treatment(5.90±1.39),and shortness of breath score(2.08 ± 0.98)before treatment(0.88±0.59).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And no obvious complications occurred in all patients during the treatment. Conclusion:Through the analysis of the above studies,it was found that endoscopy of tracheobronchial tuberculosis patients can effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms and signs, with effective results, without serious complications, and can be widely used in clinical work. |
